All products are made to order in Italy & non-cancellable & non-returnable. Please review the order thoroughly for accuracy, quantities, and dates. Although we may assist in preparation of quantities or details of custom specifications, WRKRM is not responsible for discrepancies on quantities, custom design specifications or installation. If a mistake was made prior to items going into production in Italy, we will try our best to assist in revising your order. However, WRKRM is not responsible for mistakes made and is not liable for errors made with orders.
