All products are made in Italy and labeled under individual products.

1. Find the product that you are looking for at wrkrm.net If you cannot find it here click on www.rubinetteriestella.it Select English and find the product you are looking for. Under each product there is a pdf labeled parts/spare parts.
2. Please send us a small photo of your fixture along with the parts page with the part you are looking to replace circled.
3. Once we receive your request, we will send you an invoice for your new parts.
4. We will order the parts for you and get your fixture up and running again.
5. Include your Name, Mailing Address, and Phone Number.
